HYR has a peaceful Retreat center in Laxman Jhula, Rishikesh, away from the hustle and bustle and right to the banks of Ganges.

Training is held here every time. During 7, 10 and 14 days, you will get a precious knowledge about your mind, body and soul, you will learn how to live the life in very peaceful and healthy way.  Our Yoga Retreat including an ancient technique – Shatkarma – body cleansing practice, which helps to prepare the body for asana, pranayama and meditation practice. Throughout your classes you will learn how to purify your physical and emotional body through intensive breathing techniques, reach inner concentration, and connect with your soul.

In the HYR foods that are considered sattvic include most vegetables, ghee (clarified butter), fruits, legumes, and whole grains.  HYR provide to you food techniques of daily basis. Like what you eat in the morning, afternoon and evening? (Please discusses)      

 In contrast, tamasic foods (such as onions and garlic) and rajasic foods (such as coffee, hot peppers, and salt) can increase dullness or hyperactivity, respectively.

For example, in the hot summer you may feel best on a lower fat diet with lots of raw vegetables, while in a cold climate you may need heartier, warm, cooked foods with plenty of healthy fats.
