Reiki Courses in Rishikesh, India

Himalayan Yoga Retreat has two fully certified Reiki masters who have completed The Reiki Master level training under the Usui Shiki Rioho School of Reiki. We offer training for Level 1, 2 and 3 with full certification for each level upon completion.

HYR Center introduces reiki courses that enable students to be great healers and Reiki Masters as well as guiding them towards spiritual fulfillment. Reiki is a chakra based spiritual healing with celestial energy that doesn’t involve any medicine or medical materials whatsoever.

Reiki raises the vibration frequency of the recipient and heals spiritually, physically and emotionally by channeling universal energy to encourage more flow to the blockages. Reiki can assume a greater purpose if practiced with compassion and wisdom; it would become a way of life than just a healing method. It helps emphasize the practice of meditation and aims for growth and spirituality.

Reiki Level I

This course usually takes 3 days, with 3-4 hours each day depending on the student. There are three initiations which require 24 hours in between and 6 healing techniques to learn. Each day starts with a pranayama and meditation to relax your mind and body before the attunement. First comes self-healing followed by healing your friends and family.

Afterwards chakra healing and balancing followed by group healing(2-3 people) and healing animals. With Reiki you will learn to take energy from the universe and heal without touch. You will learn to take disease out of the body and put back into the ground. When you are healing others you also receive healing yourself.

Reiki Level II

This course usually takes 4 days, with 3-4 hours each day. We again start with pranayama and meditation to relax your mind and body before the attunement. There are three more initiations which also need 24 hours in between and we will be covering six more healing techniques using symbols. Learning how to use the symbols will give you more powerful healing and help you to give distant healing as well.

You will learn how to clean the room and how to remove all negativity from it and your body. You will learn how to protect yourself from negativity through the use of the symbols. With distant healing, you can send healing to another room or countries to the past to heal traumas and even to the future. With the symbols, you can increase memory and change bad habits as well.

Reiki Level III (Master Level)

The master course usually takes 6-8 days, with 3-4 hours each day depending on the student. With this level, you can use all the same techniques with the master symbol to increase the power. You will learn three symbols, three master initiations, and the technique to direct the energy to specific chakras.

You will learn how to initiate students through attunement and to open up the channel to the Reiki, as well as teach levels 1-3. The Master’s symbol is also known as the symbol for transformation and is a very powerful tool for personal growth. Most people experience huge shifts of consciousness after the class.

Yoga Teacher Training Rishikesh

Reiki Course by Swami Rakesh in Rishikesh, India

Swami Rakesh offers one-on-one Reiki training with students along with an opportunity to practice Reiki in groups. Even though the usual time for Reiki levels 1 & 2 is three days and the master level is seven, Swami Rakesh will take additional days to ensure students successfully complete the course at no extra charge. Reiki courses are available almost any time.
