To give the purest thoughts to our mind (like a positive virus). We teach the correct pronunciation of Vedic mantras in Sanskrit and we teach Japa (chanting). The pronunciation is essential in creating a vibration working on our different bodies (subtle, physical & mental). Project Report The participants have to write a report on the practice of Yoga, teaching practice and their personal experience, about any yoga topic.
